== SRU Justification ==

Some users are experiencing network connectivity issues with the r8169
driver shipped in v3.0.  Provide the r8169 driver from v3.1 for those
who want it via linux-backports-modules.  Since the
linux-backports-modules package is an elective install, this should have
no risk of regression.

== Impact ==
Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8111/8168B PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet controller

== Fix ==
Upstream r8169 driver from v3.1
