3.1 kernel and ACL?

Hi,

I am working on a 3.1 based kernel with an Oneiric FS, running on an
ARM-based board (omap4 pandaboard).

I may have an ACL-related issue with my kernel (the audio apps cannot
properly access the audio device files). It seems ACL related because if I
deactivate ACL support, I can properly access the audio devices as root.
But when I activate ACL, root access does not work anymore and user-access
generates errors (I use 'aplay' for testing).

I just wanted to know if you were aware of ACL related config settings to
take care of on 3.1 kernel on a Ubuntu FS? (I re-used the 3.0 Ubuntu omap4
kernel config on 3.1 and have these problems while everything is running
fine on the 3.0 kernel).
