[REGRESSION][Precise] LP:894070 Added To Kernel Team Hot List

Hello,

I've added the following bug to the Kernel Team Hot List:
LP:894070

- This is a bug in Precise that and a regression going from 3.1 to 3.2.
- This prevents a Dell Inc. Latitude E6410 from booting Precise.

If anyone has some free cycles, it would be great if this bug could be 
reviewed.
