[PATCH 0/2][Precise] nouveau: nvidia optimus vga_switcheroo support

The following cherry-picks from 3.3 add vga_switcheroo support for
models with nvidia optimus hybrid graphics. This will allow turning on
or off the discrete GPU (which is on by default) as desired. On the Asus
Eee PC 1215N I'm seeing about 3W less power draw with the discrete GPU
powered off.

Please consider these patches for precise.
