[PATCH 0/3][Precise] Fixes for radeon issues on MacBook Pro 8,2

All of these patches are cherry picks from 3.3 that will eventually be
coming down via stable, but I'd like to go ahead and get them in now to
ensure they're in precise at release.

The first two fix severe flicker on the LVDS panel after it has been
turned off and back on. The third fixes an issue that's sometimes
causing long delays and hangs when entering suspend.
