Ok, both are cherry-picks and are upstream. And apparently both were tried to
have them address stable updates. Unfortunately the first one seems to have
affected by the stable at kernel.org black mail hole and never made it into
upstream 3.0.y. Why the second one did end up in 3.2.6 but not in 3.0.y, I don't
know. But I think it would be nice to clean up that mess in upstream stable as well.
