[PATCH] [SRU] [M/omap4] [Config] 3G/1G memory split

Maverick/omap4 was still using a 2G/2G memory split thus, when trying to
reserve ~2G of address space, it would often fail: moving to a 3G/1G split
fixes it (and makes it coherent with all subsequent omap4 kernels).
