[Precise] LP:942846 Added To Kernel Team Hot List

Hello,

I've added the following bug to the Kernel Team Hot List:
LP:942846

* This bug was found during ISO Testing.
* This bug prevents Precise from booting if vt.handoff=7 is used with 
full disk encryption.

If anyone has some free cycles, it would be great if this bug could be 
reviewed.
