Some more power measurement results - Windows 7 vs Ubuntu Precise

Hi there,

This will be the last instalment of my power measurements for at least a 
week ;-)  This time, I've got some hard data on current drawn on Windows 
7 and Ubuntu Precise on a Sandybridge Lenovo X220i.  Hope it proves to 
be instructive.
