[PATCH] [Q/master] [Config] disable LPAE

Omap3 (the only officialy supported soc out of master) doesn't support
64bit addressing, and LPAE enforce it, rendering the kernel unusable on
Beagle*, revert it.

The ARCH_PHYS_ADDR_T_64BIT and PHYS_ADDR_T_64BIT shuffling around is a
result of updateconfigs.
