CVE-2012-1097
	regset: Prevent null pointer reference on readonly regsets

This fix has hit linus' tree, the functionality did not exist before lucid.
Following this email are two patches for lucid, lucid/fsl-imx51, maverick,
maverick/ti-omap4, natty, natty/ti-omap4, oneiric, and precise; these are
both simple cherry-picks from the mainline fix and mainline is unchanged
in this period.

Proposing for lucid, lucid/fsl-imx51, maverick, maverick/ti-omap4, natty,
natty/ti-omap4, oneiric, and precise.
