ceph series for 3.5

Hi everyone,

I have a large series of patches that backports a bunch of small fixes and 
cleanups culminating in a few critical fixes for 3.5.  An even longer 
series has just been merged into the mainline 3.4 stable tree.  Originally 
we tried to pick out a few critical patches to avoid a large series, but 
it was not practical; it is simplest to test and maintain the extended 
series (which constitutes about 80% of what went into 3.6 for net/ceph).

The branch is at

	git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/sage/ceph-client wip-3.5

Greg KH would have pulled the (shorter) 3.5 series into the mainline 
stable kernel had it not been EOL'd.  Since you guys are still maintaining 
3.5 for a bit longer, it is probably appropriate to pull it into your 
tree.
