Stefan - "UBUNTU: SAUCE: (no-up) xen/netfront: handle compound page
fragments on transmit" was replaced by upstream commit
f36c374782e40a3812f729838b5b80d2ce601725 during the rebase to 3.7-rc7.
AFAICT it is identical.
