[Raring] linux kernel 3.7.0-4.12 uploaded (ABI Bump)

We have uploaded a new Raring linux kernel.  Please note the ABI Bump. 
The most notable changes are as follows:

  * Rebase to v3.7-rc7
  * Fix periodic build failures on N-way machines
  * Add an autopkgtest rebuild test
  * Misc firmware cleanup
