I doubt that will ever happen, at least with lowlatency. You can get an 
Ubuntuized 3.6 from git://kernel.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ubuntu-r.git 
master-next using the tag Ubuntu-3.6.0-0.1. The final R (13.04) kernel 
version is most likely going to be 3.8 or 3.9.
