No upload for recent Ubuntu mainline kernels?

Hi,

I have not checked this ML's postings for a while (nor am I on IRC right now)...
I was interested in a v3.7-rc3 kernel to be tested on my box as
Linux-Next and v3.7-rc2 were not really usable, means stalls and
freezes.

Can you tell me what's going on?
Server problems?

Next question... Building via 'make deb-pkg'...
Someone tested building recent v3.7 series or Linux-Next after the
UAPI include files moving?
