[REGRESSION][Quantal] LP:1045027 Added To Kernel Team Hot List

Hello,

I've added the following bug to the Kernel Team Hot List:
LP:1045027[0]

     * This appears to be a regression in 3.5.0-13.
     * The bug does not exist in 3.5.0-12
     * The bug is fixed upstream in v3.6.  Requested assistance from bug 
reporter on performing a reverse bisect.
     * James Page can also reproduce this bug, as mentioned in comment #6

If anyone has some free cycles, it would be great if this bug could be 
reviewed.
