This is a note to let you know that I have just added a patch titled
ssb: implement spurious tone avoidance
to the linux-3.5.y-queue branch of the 3.5.y.z extended stable tree
which can be found at:
http://kernel.ubuntu.com/git?p=ubuntu/linux.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/linux-3.5.y-queue
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to this tree, please
reply to this email.
For more information about the 3.5.y.z tree, see
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/Dev/ExtendedStable
Thanks.

Subject: [PATCH] ssb: implement spurious tone avoidance
MIME-Version: 1.0
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit
commit 46fc4c909339f5a84d1679045297d9d2fb596987 upstream.
And make use of it in b43. This fixes a regression introduced with
49d55cef5b1925a5c1efb6aaddaa40fc7c693335
b43: N-PHY: implement spurious tone avoidance
This commit made BCM4322 use only MCS 0 on channel 13, which of course
resulted in performance drop (down to 0.7Mb/s).
