The change for isofs on its own, maybe yes. The udf changes are moving around a
lot of bits. Probably enought that we may want to at least wait until this
really has hit 3.11. It does modify the way the fs responds to user-space so one
wants to be very confident and also it is not a world ending problem. Admittedly
an annoying one.
