[Saucy][PATCH 0/2] Add support for new intel ethernet cards

Intel is requesting we include new device ID's to support Intel ethernet
cards which have the same MAC as I217 and same PHY as I218.

The following patches are included in linux-next and are targetting to
hit v3.12.  Please apply to Saucy.
