[ 3.5.y.z extended stable ] Patch "af_key: initialize satype in key_notify_policy_flush()" has been added to staging queue

to the linux-3.5.y-queue branch of the 3.5.y.z extended stable tree

This field was left uninitialized. Some user daemons perform check against this
field.
