[Saucy SRU] Detect new hp-wmi wireless interface

SRU Justification: 

Impact: Some systems will not be able to turn of wifi or bluetooth as 
	hp-wmi calls depreciated and faulty interfaces.

Fix:	Using a flag reported by BIOS is able to determine whether new
	wmi interface is present.
