[3.11.y.z extended stable] Patch "ipv6: fix leaking uninitialized port number of offender sockaddr" has been added to staging queue

Subject: ipv6: fix leaking uninitialized port number of offender sockaddr

Offenders don't have port numbers, so set it to 0.
