[Quantal SRU][PATCH 0/1] LP#1122094 -- overlayfs error path missmerge

It seems I have missmerged part of overlayfs as found in Quantal.
This seems to trigger bugs under extreme load in some workloads.  I have
confirmed the appearent missmerge by inspection, and the following patch
corrects this merge.

I have boot tested the remerge and it seems to work ok, I have also
requested stress testing by the original reporter.  This would also be a
candidate for the QA stress tests, though clearly those would also pass
the previous code.

Proposing for SRU to Quantal.
