[Raring] LP:1100386 Added To Kernel Team Hot List

Hello,

I've added the following bug to the Kernel Team Hot List:
LP:1100386

     * Raring server installations on KVM fail to boot.
     * I haven't tried to reproduce the issue yet, but it sound easy to 
reproduce.

If anyone has some free cycles, it would be great if this bug could be 
reviewed.
