[Precise SRU] [PATCH 0/2] LP#1102209 -- pull TG3 oops fixes

Machines with TG3 cards are dropping off the network with high traffic
levels.  Pull back two fixes for the tg3 driver to fix this issue.
These have been tested on affected machines (see bug for details).
The same fixes are already in Quantal and Raring.
