[PATCH 0/1] LP#1102206 -- enable HVC consoles for big iron PPC

Bigger IBM boxes use the HVC console subsystem.  Enable these for the
powerpc64-smp flavour.

Ben, mirroring changes we are rolling back to Precise and Quantal.
I have taken the liberty of pushing this to the master repo.
