[Quantal SRU] [PATCH 0/1] LP#1102206 -- enable HVC consoles for big iron PPC

Bigger IBM boxes use the HVC console subsystem.  Enable these for the
powerpc64-smp flavour.  This is the identical change as applied to Precise.
