CONFIG_BT_HCISMD missing for Saucy on maguro and mako

Hi,

Could you please add CONFIG_BT_HCISMD to the configurations for maguro and
mako for saucy touch kernels?

It's a configuration parameter that is required to enable the SMD interface
used to bring up the bluetooth devices on those systems, and used to be in
previous Touch kernels but appears to be missing now for saucy kernels.
