[REGRESSION][Raring] LP:1154917 Added To Kernel Team Hot List

Hello,

I've added the following bug to the Kernel Team Hot List:
LP:1154917

     * Opened by robbiew
     * Regression that is preventing 3.8.0-12.21 from booting on a 
Lenovo x1 carbon.
     * Requested some additional debug output.
     * I will start a kernel bisect.

If anyone has some free cycles, it would be great if this bug could be 
reviewed.
