[PATCH 0/2] [R/master] cpufreq patches

Two patches to apply on top of Rob Herring's tree:

1) sauce patch to prevent cpufreq from dereferencing a NULL ptr if there's
   no DT available (just sent upstream)

2) config patch to disable OMAP2PLUS_CPUFREQ since it blows on pandaes
   (more info here https://lkml.org/lkml/2013/1/27/114)
