[PATCH 0/5] [R/master-next] last batch of highbank patches

This is the last batch of highbank patches:

patches 1 and 2 enable CPUFREQ for calxeda, CPU_IDLE_MULTIPLE_DRIVERS and default
governor to on demand on armhf.

patches 3, 4 and 5 went missing when we imported robher's tree and are the three
before the last:

Tested on a highbank node and an omap4 board.
