bluetooth firmware needed in linux-firmware to support 12.04.3

Hi,

There is a bug LP#1219660 that requires 2 firmware files to work with
3.8 kernel in 12.04.3, since they are not in Precise linux-firmware,
the bluetooth device does not work out-of-the-box. I'm aware that
there's a discussion about this some time ago but not sure if any
conclusion has been made yet. Should I go ahead and do a SRU of
Precise linux-firmware to fix the bug?
