[SRU trusty PATCH 0/1] LP#1303419 -- add quirk table for a number of broken win8 biosen

We have reports of machines needing video.use_native_backlight=1 on
the kernel command line for the video brightness to be controllable.
This seems to be triggered by "broken" acpi implementations of
the brightness controlls, triggered by the way that Win8 handles
brightness.  Supprise.

Following this is a backport (a very minor textual collision) of a 3.14-rc1
fix for this which brings a new quirk table for such Win8 broken biosen.

Proposing for SRU to trusty.
