[PATCH 0/2] [T/master-next] SRU: [Config] LP1303657 fixes

These two patches fix lp1303657:

patch 1 build the corresponding dtb for that board/qemu-instance

patch 2 disables the console-over-jtag since we'll never have any jtag 
attached to qemu (and kernel waits for it to showup if we enable it)
