3.13 backport for Xen stable patch

David Vrabel (the author of the original patch) has made a 3.13 backport for a
patch the is submitted for stable, too. Kamal, you can find it here:

Not sure whether the original patch applied back to 3.13 at all, but it was also
causing more issues on Xen. So please pick the version from the bug.
