If you include the output of 'git request-pull
d7cb12701c49a857fba09c2bba78402d75dd7902
git://kernel.ubuntu.com/dannf/trusty-xgene.git', then I don't have to
guess where your patch series starts. I can simply fetch the branch and
'git format-patch d7cb12701c49a857fba09c2bba78402d75dd7902..FETCH_HEAD'.
