[stable proposal 3.12...3.15] x86/xen: no need to explicitly register an NMI callback

The following fix for a Xen related crash is in Linux tree. It isn't tagged for
stable but looks to be applicable (with a bit of adaptation to the context) to
all stable/longterm kernels between 3.12 and 3.15.
