[SRU/linux-meta-lts-trusty PATCH 0/1] LP#1327208 -- add a -virtual kernel flavour

We have been asked for a version of the linux-lts-trusty kernel which
does not depend on the linux-firmware package. This arrises because
they wish to use this as a VM guest kernel. They are doing this because
the hypervisor support is not going to be backported to the original
precise kernel.

As the linux-firmware dependancy is a pure meta-package driven dependancy
it seems logical to introduce a linux-*-virtual-lts-trusty set of meta
packages (without the troublesome dependancy). This mirrors most closly
the naming in the main packages. Note that at this time I am not proposing
any changes to the main linux package to produce a slim kernel for this,
though this is not precluded by useing this name here; and indeed it might
make a logical later step.

Proposing for SRU to linux-meta-lts-trusty in precise.
