[SRU trusty PATCH 0/1] LP#1306215 -- fix Hyper-V file copy for existing files

The following patch fixes incorrect error handling in the face of files
already existing during a file copy operation from the hypervisor.
This is already in mainline and we have the same code backported to trusty.
Following this email is a patch for Trusty, it is a clean cherry-pick
from mainline.

Proposing for STU to trusty/master-next.
