[SRU trusty PATCH 0/1] LP#1325306 -- hyper-v keyboard not available in V2 VMs

When we install a linux-image-virtual kernel onto a V2 VM in hyper-v we
lose the keyboard support as they V2 VMs no longer have emulated hardware
keyboards and rely on the virtual keyboard support, this support currently
requires us to install -extras. Move the hyperv-keyboard module into
the main kernel image.

NOTE this will require an ABI bump to avoid the need for Conflicts: et al.

Proposing for SRU to trusty.
