[3.11.y.z extended stable] Patch "USB: option: fix runtime PM handling" has been added to staging queue

to the linux-3.11.y-queue branch of the 3.11.y.z extended stable tree

Fix potential I/O while runtime suspended due to missing PM operations
in send_setup.
