This is a forward port of the non-upstream X-Gene reboot driver used
in trusty to utopic:
  git://kernel.ubuntu.com/dannf/ubuntu-utopic-hyperscale.git@xgene-reset

The upstream submissions have switched to using the reset handler
support currently being tested in linux-next:

At this point for utopic it seems saner/lower risk to go with this
forward port than to try and backport the new interface.
