[Trusty][Utopic][CVE-2014-6410][Patch 0/2] udf: Avoid infinite loop when processing indirect ICBs

Following this email, I'm sending two patches to fix CVE-2014-6410
both for Trusty and Utopic:

- The 1st patch isn't really required, but it makes the real fix (the
  2nd patch) a clean cherry-pick.

- The CVE fix; a backport shouldn't be too difficult if we want to get
  rid of the first patch
