Linux Scheduler Improvement for Desktop Environment.

Hi Linux kernel Development Team,

The idea is to group the processes which are occupied in the current screen and giving high priority to that. 
Because, In Desktop environment, User can interrupt the processes only what they can see in screen. 

Please acknowledge if this is good to implement for linux.
