I'm assuming these patches also need to be in Vivid since they aren't
mainline yet. Also have these both been submitted upstream already? Do
we suspect they will make it into 3.19?

Why does this commit comment out the old define and replace it with a
new line vs just modifying the hexadecimal value?

I think with those things cleared up these seem like a reasonable thing
to SRU.
