Bug 1386973. Infinite loop in pci_get_rom_size()

Hi.
I wanted to bring your attention to this bug which has a working patch.

I don't know what's the best way to get this integrated in future kernels,
but I would also love to have this integrated in stable kernels as I think
I'll be using them for a while.

This bug is in all kernels. I tested 14.04, 14.10 and daily images from
15.04. All loop forever on boot with my video card when trying to use KMS.

There are panic stack traces attached.
