[Utopic] [PULL] UBUNTU: SAUCE: fix ethernet on exynos5440 Sleds

Hi Guys,

These top two patches in following tree fixes ethernet issue on
Samsung exynos5440 Sleds. Without them, ethernet can't
work at all on the board.

65a6d09 UBUNTU: SAUCE: (no-up) ARM: exynos5440-sd5v1: switch to
fixed-link DT binding

These patches have been posted on upstream[1] already, but not merged
because upstream doesn't maintain exynos5440 anymore,
and hope utopic-kernel still can support it for a while.
