        UBUNTU: SAUCE: (no-up) PCI: fix system hang issue of Marvell SATA host controller

We need to keep carrying this patch.

This patch was rejected upstream as it "just paper(s) over the
problem"[0].  A more sophisticated quirking mechanism was discussed[1]
but never applied.  As best I can determine, Ubuntu needs to continue to
carry the SAUCE patch to avoid reintroducing the reported bug.
