Please include fix for lp:1442411 in next Vivid SRU

Vivid is currently badly broken for users with Intel 3160 WiFi cards when connecting to 2.4 GHz N routers while bluetooth is turned on:

afcee962b09842d0f4191beb4a2d08251b4c7705 fixes this upstream, which was included in 4.1rc1:

It's only a one line change. It fixes the problem and doesn't seem to introduce any regressions.

I still need to test this on an Intel 7260 card to make sure there are no regressions there, but I'll do that today and will report back with any problems.
